General Terms and Conditions of Sale \u2013 Accommodation \u2013 L'Escapade Nature et Gourmande, SASU, whose registered office is located at 1453 chemin des Moulins, 32600 Pujaudran, registered under SIRET number 882 801 509 00010, hereinafter referred to as "the establishment" \u2013 Version of February 6, 2026<\/b><\/p>

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all bookings for stays and related services made with the establishment L'Escapade Nature et Gourmande. Any booking implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the client.<\/span><\/p>

Article 1 \u2013 Definition of the parties<\/b>
<\/b>\u2022 L'Escapade Nature et Gourmande: refers to the establishment and the service provider responsible for the organization and provision of the services offered.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 The client: refers to any adult making a reservation, assuming financial responsibility for the stay as well as compliance with these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p>

Article 2 \u2013 Booking, confirmation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions<\/b>
<\/b>A reservation will only be considered firm and final after:<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Receipt by the client of a written confirmation by email,<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions during the booking process,<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Payment of the deposit or the total amount required.<\/span><\/p>

Information verification<\/b> The client must verify the accuracy of the contact details, dates, number of people, accommodation, prices, and services. Any errors must be reported immediately. Otherwise, no subsequent claims will be considered.<\/span><\/p>

Accommodation change by the establishment<\/b> For reasons of service or security, the establishment reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of equivalent quality. The client will be informed as soon as possible and will not be entitled to a refund or additional compensation.<\/span><\/p>

No-show<\/b> : the client remains financially responsible in case of no-show without prior notice, which is treated as a late cancellation.<\/span><\/p>

Article 3 \u2013 Prices, booking categories and cancellation conditions<\/b>
<\/b>\u2022 Prices are expressed in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293B of the General Tax Code, including tourist tax.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Pricing categories:<\/span><\/p>

  • Standard rate: cancellable free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Beyond that, the full amount is due.<\/span><\/li>
  • Flexible rate: cancellable until 5:00 PM the day before arrival. Any cancellation after this time will result in full billing for the stay.<\/span><\/li>
  • Non-cancellable\/non-refundable rate: non-modifiable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>
  • Privatization or booking of all accommodations: requires a specific contract. Specific cancellation conditions apply, with a minimum notice period of 6 months prior to arrival.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    The establishment reserves the right to offer or withdraw certain rates and categories depending on the periods, the availability of accommodations and its commercial policy.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 4 \u2013 Cancellation Insurance<\/b>
    <\/b>Taking out cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. In the event of cancellation or interruption of stay, the client must activate their personal insurance.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 5 \u2013 No right of withdrawal<\/b>
    <\/b>In accordance with Article L.121-21-8, 12\u00b0 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal for fixed-date accommodation services.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 6 \u2013 Arrival, departure and length of stay<\/b>
    <\/b>\u2022 Arrivals are between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Departures are before 11:00 AM<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 The stay is for a fixed period. The client has no right to remain on the premises after the end of the stay.<\/span><\/p>

    In case of departure after the scheduled time, the establishment reserves the right to charge \u20ac40 per hour of overtime.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 7 \u2013 Additional services and breakfasts<\/b>
    <\/b>\u2022 Additional services (meals, workshops, massages, etc.) booked before or during your stay are charged extra, subject to availability. Some services may be billed directly by external partners.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 Breakfast is delivered in an insulated basket to the door of the accommodation between 7:30 and 9:30 am.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 In the event of cancellation of a reservation paid for with holiday vouchers, a management fee of 3 % of the amount paid with this method of payment will be retained.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 8 \u2013 Security Deposit and Bank Imprint<\/b>
    <\/b>\u2022 A security deposit of \u20ac500 per accommodation is required upon arrival in the form of a credit card imprint, or failing that, in cash, before the keys are handed over.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 When booking multiple accommodations, a deposit is required for each one.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 The deposit may cover damages, losses or attributable costs. If the amount of damages exceeds the deposit, the customer remains liable for the full amount.<\/span>
    <\/span>\u2022 The deposit is kept for the entire duration of the stay and returned after inspection and inventory, except for justified deductions.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 9 \u2013 Condition report and inventory<\/b>
    <\/b>A property inspection and inventory are carried out upon arrival and departure. Any anomalies must be reported within 72 hours (or 24 hours for stays \u2264 4 days).<\/span><\/p>

    Article 10 \u2013 Customer Responsibility and Conduct<\/b>
    <\/b>Any behavior contrary to good morals, public order, the tranquility of the place or safety rules may result in the immediate exclusion of the customer, without refund.<\/span><\/p>

    The client is solely responsible for their personal belongings as well as those of any occupants listed in the reservation. The establishment accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.<\/span><\/p>

    Article 11 \u2013 Use of premises and access to equipment<\/b><\/p>

    Accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons named in the reservation. Any undeclared person will not be admitted.<\/span>
    <\/span>Access is prohibited to undeclared third parties, including common areas, garden and swimming pool.<\/span><\/p>

    • Pool<\/b> :\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The pool area is secured by a protective barrier and by an ESPIO Sensor submerged alarm, compliant with standard NF P90-307-1, which is permanently active except during cleaning operations.<\/span>
      <\/span>A deactivation badge is given to a responsible adult upon arrival, who is responsible for its exclusive use. It is strictly forbidden to give this badge to children.<\/span><\/p>

      Children remain under the full responsibility of their accompanying adults at all times. Each gate must be closed after each passage.<\/span><\/p>

      A liability waiver will be signed upon arrival by each customer using the pool.<\/span>
      <\/span>Calm, safety and respect for other customers must be strictly observed within the pool area.<\/span><\/p>

      • Electric vehicle charging station<\/b> :\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Use of the charging station is subject to prior request to the establishment.<\/span>
        <\/span>A type 2 cable must be supplied by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

        Electricity consumption is billed on the basis of <\/span>\u20ac0.30 per kWh<\/b>, according to the reading from the dedicated meter.<\/span><\/p>

        The Hager Witty charging station can deliver a maximum power of <\/span>22 kW<\/b> and automatically adjusts the charging power according to the energy available on site, using only the power not consumed by other equipment.<\/span><\/p>

        The use of the terminal is entirely at the customer's own risk.<\/span><\/p>

        Article 12 \u2013 Peace and quiet<\/b>
        <\/b>Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onwards to preserve the tranquility of the establishment, other guests, and the neighborhood. Failure to comply will result in the immediate expulsion of the guest without compensation or refund.<\/span><\/p>

        Article 13 \u2013 Animals and tobacco<\/b>
        <\/b>\u2022 For reasons of safety, hygiene and tranquility, customers' pets are not allowed.<\/span><\/p>

        • \u00a0The establishment is strictly non-smoking indoors.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          \u00a0Smoking is permitted only on private terraces, provided that safety is respected and other guests are not disturbed. All cigarette butts must be completely extinguished and disposed of in the designated ashtray. It is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground or in green spaces due to the risk of fire.<\/span><\/p>

          The pool area is strictly non-smoking.<\/span><\/p>

          During periods of extreme heat or drought, extra caution is required due to the high risk of fire. Any behavior that endangers people or property may result in the customer's immediate expulsion without refund.<\/span><\/p>

          Failure to comply with these rules will result in <\/span>minimum package of \u20ac500<\/b> may be applied for the disinfection and deodorization of premises, without prejudice to any other applicable sanction.<\/span><\/p>

          Article 14 \u2013 Interrupted or shortened stays<\/b>
          <\/b>No refunds will be given for early departure. The client must make a claim on their personal insurance.<\/span><\/p>

          Article 15 \u2013 Force majeure<\/b>
          <\/b>In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, pandemics or any other event beyond the control of the establishment making it impossible to welcome customers, <\/span>The institution will fully reimburse the sums paid.<\/b>, without any other compensation being able to be claimed.<\/span><\/p>

          Article 16 \u2013 Gift Cards<\/b><\/p>

          • Validity: 12 months from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/li>
          • Transfer and refund: Cards are transferable, but not refundable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Article 17 \u2013 Sponsorship<\/b>
            <\/b>\u2022 The referral program is reserved for customers who already <\/span>stayed or participated in a workshop<\/b>, and allows you to sponsor only new customers who have never booked.<\/span>
            <\/span>Each referral is valid only once per new customer: a person can therefore only be referred once.<\/span>
            <\/span>The offer applies only to direct bookings., <\/span>excluding platforms, special offers and works councils<\/b>.<\/span>
            <\/span>Full details of the sponsorship program are available upon request.<\/span><\/p>

            Article 18 \u2013 Accommodation capacity limits<\/b>
            <\/b>Each accommodation has a <\/span>maximum capacity of people<\/b>, which cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.<\/span>
            <\/span>Due to their size and design, some accommodations cannot accommodate <\/span>babies or young children<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

            Article 19 \u2013 Complaints<\/b>
            <\/b>All complaints must be made in writing and addressed to the establishment. <\/span>within 3 days of the end of the stay<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

            Article 20 \u2013 Mediation<\/b>
            <\/b>In accordance with the law, the customer may use a free service <\/span>consumer mediator<\/b> to resolve any dispute related to his stay.<\/span><\/p>

            Article 21 \u2013 Personal data and newsletter<\/b>
            <\/b>Personal data is used solely for booking and customer relationship management. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions constitutes consent to newsletter subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time.<\/span><\/p>

            Article 22 \u2013 Amendment to the General Terms and Conditions<\/b>
            <\/b>The establishment may modify the terms and conditions at any time. The terms and conditions in effect are those in effect on the date of booking.<\/span><\/p>

            Article 23 \u2013 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/b>
            <\/b>This regulation is subject to <\/span>French law<\/b>.<\/span>
